Mey Rude is a trans Latina lesbian entertainment journalist and cultural critic. She currently works as an Associate Editor for Out.com and writes for Out Magazine and The Advocate. Mey has over a decade of writing experience at places such as them.us, Autostraddle, and BuzzFeed. She is a Rotten Tomatoes certified film critic and an experienced sensitivity reader, having consulted on bestselling and award-winning comics and projects such as Lumberjanes, The Adventure Zone, and Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Awakening of Roku.
Mey currently lives in Los Angeles with her beautiful and talented fiancée, Daisy.
